Returns & Exchanges

• Customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with craftsmanship or quality, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you. We take pride in our work and stand behind our products 100%!
• Please note that hats exposed to excessive dirt, sun, or sweat may experience discoloration over time, which is a natural occurrence and not considered a defect.

Order Cancellations 

• So long as production has not begun, orders may be cancelled and refunded upon buyers request.  If production has begun, orders may not be cancelled.
